Unfortunately, the current level of access we have been granted does not permit us to enable or disable plugins on your website, which is necessary for further investigation and resolution.

    Additionally, we have found evidence suggesting that a specific plugin might be involved. This is typically achieved through code similar to the following:

    We are prepared to implement the necessary fix as soon as we receive temporary wp-admin and FTP access. Our analysis has identified the discrepancy between the old header account element and the new one, and we have successfully integrated the fix into the new header account element as well.

    Regarding the font issue,

    3/ The option in question does not exist within our current offerings.

    Based on your inquiries, it appears you are attempting to create a configuration that significantly differs from the existing panel’s design. In such a case, we recommend reaching out to our customization team for assistance.
    Additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
    Another option is to utilize a third-party plugin that was initially created to add a panel in the manner you desire.
