Unable to connect to the XStore API. Please check your internet connection, server whitelists and SS

    I’ve tried to install a demos after install Xstore theme. It appeared a error message “Connection Error
    We are sorry to inform you that the XStore theme is unable to connect to the XStore API. Please check your internet connection, server whitelists and SSL certificate.”

    I’ve asked the server side, they probably blocked unusual IP.
    Can you provide the correct IP and port to whitelist please?

    We can’t log in using the credentials you provided.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server, IP – 136.243.62.54
