    1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
    (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    2/ Do you have this problem when another theme is activated, for example – Storefront?

    Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.
    Go to Dashboard > Themes > Add new > Upload theme > Choose file > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the theme will be updated on your site.

    2/ Could you please also provide temporary wp-admin?
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    3/ We provide support via the forum here, not via live chat.

    We’ve checked the product you provided in the Private Content area, and do not see any effect on its image from our theme side. You can activate any other theme, for example – Storefront (default woocommerce theme), and the result will be the same.     We’ve checked and do not see the problem.

    1/ Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in.

    2/ Could you please record a video where the issue is visible together with your actions?

    3/ Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, ​please try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it, you need to contact your hosting provider.

    It is how Instagram works, we can’t change it, even on our demos, we should manually re-connect the Instagram account from time to time.

    We’ve checked and see that the Zoom is already activated on your site.
    Zoom on hover shows the image in real size it was uploaded on the site. For example, please check “60’s Soft Sunglasses” product, the image size there is 830×990.

    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products.
    Test different sizes, and once you find the perfect one, make all product images in that size.
