Big delay while addding / removing products from the cart page

When the user add products to the cart or tries to remove products from the cart or tries to even view the cart, it is extremely slow. The loader appears and sometimes the user has to wait for 15 seconds just for a product to get added in the cart. The delay is huge especially if there are a couple of products already added in the cart. Since customers do not have such patience, we will lose orders. Please help out speed up the cart and checkout pages. Its extremely important as one of the main purpose of rebuilding the website on xstore was to improve the speed and performance.

Hello,
We have solved the issue pointed out in the above reply relating to Fastsimon search. However, still the cart and checkout is extremely slow. Please help out solve this asap.

Hello, jaswinders,

We’ve checked and do not see the problem.

1/ Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in.

2/ Could you please record a video where the issue is visible together with your actions?

3/ Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, please try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it, you need to contact your hosting provider.
