    Please activate PHP 8.1.29 and set the administrator role for our user in your Dashboard.
    Also, provide FTP access. Then your question will be passed to someone from our dev team.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    We recommend using PHP version 8.1 or 8.2 for optimal compatibility. Currently, we have not added support for PHP 8.3.8, as many plugins are not yet compatible with this version. Please select one of the aforementioned versions to ensure the best performance and stability.

    If you have questions about full site migration we would recommend contacting the hosting provider, because, as a rule, hosting support helps with this. Site migration is not related to the theme, so we don’t have any detailed suggestions. Some of our customers use the Duplicator plugin.

    We are confident that any issue can be resolved; however, it is challenging to do so with only a video from you and without access to the settings. You may consider creating a temporary account for us, which you can delete once the issue has been resolved.

    Regarding the Cart in the header, this element has its own settings, and it is also affected by the site’s color scheme, specifically under Theme Options > Styling > Dark Mode. Please verify what you observe on the frontend when Dark Mode is activated or when you manually adjust the colors for the card element.
