Oh, I see, to fix registration please edit royal/framework/theme-functions.php and change this code https://prnt.sc/fsrpw9 to https://prnt.sc/fsrq67. It will be fixed in new theme update also.
The theme does not have the function to send email to you after new registration. It requires additional customization. Only new users get letter about account creation.
I do not see translation issue on your site now. Also, we did nothing with your files.

The problem is caused by one of your 3rd-party plugins. When I disabled them all there was no responsive problem. Try to check it yourself. You can deactivate the plugins one by one to find out what is causing the issue.
