Help with removing stock picture on 8theme and replacing with my own

I have searched and searched and cannot find how to remove and replace the stock photo that came on the shop page of 8theme. also would like to stop the text fade in the menu when you hoover over an item. any help would be appreciated

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner.

Try to add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:
```
.menu .nav-sublist-dropdown ul > li a:hover {
    color: #505050;
}
```

I was able to accomplish moving the banner but the text is still disappearing when the move goes to it.

I have a similar problem. I’m using the Coffee version of the theme but my shop page has an image of a well dressed couple (from a clothing version) that I cannot remove. When I try to edit the Shop page with Visual Composer, it says I am editing a blank page. Same with the backend editor, just a blank page. The Shop page has responded to the more global changes via the 8Theme Options editor except for the foreign currency. I’ve deleted that from Home and other pages but it still shows up on the Shop page.

Can you point me in the right direction please. I’m sure I’m missing something simple.

I’ve taken care of the currency issue. It seems to have worked this time though it seemed like it worked before then stopped working.

I need to remove or replace the image of the couple from the fashion page. It showed up in my Shop section even though I was using the Coffee variation of the theme.

Thanks very much, Rose. Since I didn’t the image on the “visual” tab, I didn’t even think to look at the “text” tab.

One last thing I hope then I won’t have to bother you. Please look at this image:

This is a static block. I’ve removed everything that I need for this client from the demo block but still have the bits of code that show up as text on the screen on right hand side. I’ve experimented with deleting parts of the code in the static block but don’t seem to get the right things deleted to remove the text. Any ideas?
