Travel Demo install wont work - by karl thies

‘sup, i bought the theme and plan on using the travel version of it.

first i installed the demo content, i got a few “failed to upload” notices, the files seemed to be from the fashion version so i ignored them.

secondly i installed the TRAVEL SIMPLE PAGE version and got this errors.
Failed to import Media “adv3”
Failed to import Media “adv4”
Failed to import Media “adv5”
Failed to import Media “adv6”
Failed to import Media “banner2”

obviously the nice banners showing Chicago, Michigan etc.. are missing.

i’m really new to this but those are the ones i want to edit and i can’t find them on products, portfolio, pages etc…

im sure it has something to do with Visual Composer which still asks me for a licence, i don’t know where to find it. is this an extra purchase? or where can i find my key?

Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them.
This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us.
Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated.
The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need.
You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hi,
I am having difficulties with the footer. The link you sent me is not helpful.
I want to be able to change the text and links in the Black background footer section and remove the Credit Card details.
Plus I don’t have flicker and wish to replace it with Facebook or Instagram.
I need your support and not a pre-written documentation that’s doesn’t work for me. I am not an advanced website designer like yourself. Please consider this.
The VC doesn’t work when I click on static block.

I’ve enabled Visual Composer http://prntscr.com/fss2pp and disabled demo footer http://prntscr.com/fss31s.
You need to add “8theme – Static Block” widget in Appearance > Widgets > Footer 1 or Footer 2 area and select a block http://prntscr.com/fss40b http://prntscr.com/fss4lc
