Theme Upload Failed - by fahmi1717 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Dear Sir,

    I cannot upload the theme.

    I am able to upload the woopress child but not other theme.

    Please help.

    I am using WordPress version 4.8 and cpanel.

    As I see you installed woopress theme http://prntscr.com/fssftx, but the old version. The latest theme version you can find on ThemeForest https://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050 (log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section).
    Please follow our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version.
