You select “open by click” options for menu item, and on desktop it works fine but on mobile seems it is our bug. Thank you for the report, this problem will be fixed in new theme update.

You can use this code in Custom css to change font size of fixed menu items:

.fixed-header .menu > li a {
    font-size: 12px;
}
