Hello,

Do you face this problem with default theme – Storefront?
Try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check.
Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

I disabled almost everything cant get it to work not sure why

and also on the shop page there is some random row that shows product and i cant figure out where it is inheriting it from. the shop page even when empty is showing it

The problem with images appears not only with our theme so this means that the issue is not related to the theme. We can help only if issue is related to theme functionality/files.

well images work in a fresh install of WP and then once I install your theme and run the set up wizard everything breaks.
please help me find the fix for this otherwise ill just have to get a refund
