    You may use [block id= " "] shortcode to insert the static block
    or create a custom widget area in Appearance > Widgets and add inside of it a static block, then add on page Widgetised Sidebar element.

    Shipping methods relate to woocommerce functionality, so, please check if it works fine with default WC theme – Storefront.
    Also, provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers.     What IE browser version do you use? We’ve checked your site in IE 11 and do not see the problem.
    Also, try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check the issue. Let me know result.
