Hi, we’re having trouble with the product images and gallery display. My developer passed me this message:

I tried to debug it but I didn’t found any errors in console
so if theme developers take some time they for sure fix it. Or I can spent some time on it and try to figure it out.

You need to check if the problem will be solved if you activate parent theme on your site (Appearance > Themes).
Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check the image gallery. Let me know results.
Also, you need to update all plugins – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/)
If the problem won’t be solved, provide FTP access in Private Content.
Hi. I tried this and nothing changed. I’m providing ftp in private client. It’s SFTP and the configuration is a little weird. You have to enter a certain way or you can’t connect.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
