2. Video Backgrounds doesn’t work on mobiles, tablets because of this is a predefined behavior of mobile browsers to prevent fast battery discharge on mobile devices. You can set screenshot of your video as Background Image, it will be shown instead of video on small screens.

Also For some reason the “categories” is not aligned properly on a mobile version

And the page media library don’t charge again… and I can’t charge any image again…

– as I said before, media library functionality doesn’t relate to theme and you need to contact WordPress support or your hosting provider to solve the problem.

And my Header custom HTML was delete…. for 4th times!!!

– do you mean the code of header into Theme Option? You can make export file of options to prevent loosing (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export Options).
