Problem with the languages - by SaraMel - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have a problem with the language, the theme is not translated into Spanish. I have use the plugin Loco Translate, but in the theme there are no translations.

Hello,

Please read our documentation http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation (the same for royal theme).
Could you please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content?

I’ve already tried it but it does not work. I see a template with only 5 text strings, when there are 4000.

If the text strings have been translated, but some are missing that are translated in the es_ES.po but do not appear on the Web, exactly on the page: https://losmilyuno.es/finalizar-compra
