I would recommend you to change translations via Loco Translate plugin, if you get a problem with it, please provide wp-admin access (Dashboard login link, username, password) in Private Content, so I could check.

Please read this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/ To change the size of the product images go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display > Image settings and don’t forget to regenerate thumbnails after changes(use Regenerate thumbnails plugin).

Also, for your Shop page you can enable masonry (Theme Options > E-Commerce > Product Page Layout) then product will appear one below another without gap.

Do you mean that after theme update your custom.css file is empty or code from the file doesn’t work? Did you make a backup before theme update?

Site background option is available for Boxed layout and as you selected Wide layout in Theme Options > General it does not work. But you may use custom css, for example:

.page-wrapper { background-color:#600013 !important; }
