Woocommerce translations problem - by pejril

Our website is in Slovak language, but woocommerce-sk_SK.po and woocommerce-sk_SK.mo files are not affecting the translations in woocommerce-mini-cart (mini cart is untranslated completely) and checkout page. I cannot find the strings in the code to overwrite this: “Recently added item(s)”,”Cart Subtotal:”Checkout”, “view cart”, in the checkout page “Billing Details”, “Create an account?”, “Shipping address, Ship to a different address?”. In the cart: “Product Price Quantity Total”. Is it even possible to translate these strings for Xstore template?

Thank you, but sorry, I wrote, that my website is in SLOVAK language. Your recommendation to documentation is invalid, because there is no SLOVAK Translation files on github to download. I have installed Loco Translation plugin, but it is useless now without sk_SK files…

So I am not able to translate template files, you must do it, please.
Is it possible?

Hello,

We do not have ready translation files for all languages, so you need to translate theme manually using Loco Translate plugin.
Simply go to Loco Translate > Themes > Xstore > find and translate strings.
If you need help with translation or if something doesn’t work please provide temporary wp-admin access to your site so we could check a problem.

I am very sorry, but when I edit the translation file manualy, nothing happens. I have tried to add the untranslated strings with translations to the xstore-child, xstore-core, woocommerce, but it has no effect.

You definitely have to do it because I’m not capable of it. Thank you very much.

Hello,

I would recommend you to change translations via Loco Translate plugin, if you get a problem with it, please provide wp-admin access (Dashboard login link, username, password) in Private Content, so I could check.
