WordPress dashboard 'Can't find file attachment' for Classico theme

    I have installed and uploaded the Classico theme to my wordpress. It is visible, but when I select it to use nothing happens and it just says ‘cant find file attachment’. All other themes in my dashboard work fine.

    Did you rename theme folder? Could you please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content?

    I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still says ‘can’t find file attachment’.

    Hello,

    We need to check your Dashboard and theme files that you uploaded. So, please, provide us both admin panel and FTP access to your site (Dashboard login link, username, password, FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password).

    Unfortunately, we can’t access your site, seems the access is restricted. Is there Firewall on a server that blocks access? Shall we provide our IP address to put it into whitelist on the server?

    Hi,

    I don’t know about the firewall. To be honest, I’m pretty new to this and actually don’t understand anything you just said. Is it possible to get a refund? I might just use one of the free templates that I have because I just don’t know what the problem is or how to fix it or how to get help to fix it if you can’t access my site. Is there something else we can do?

    Hello,

    Please, contact your hosting provider and get correct FTP access.
    We need:
    FTP host, FTP user, FTP password. Credentials that you provided are not correct because every time we try to login we get the
    Response: 331 User Zivana.pauling@gmail.com OK. Password required
    Command: PASS ***********
    Response: 530 Login authentication failed

    Maybe you made any misprint or don’t know. We want to help you but we need correct access to check the files.
