    Try to delete “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” plugin and upload it via FTP, here you may find latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    If the problem won’t be solved, please provide me full access to FTP, because now I can’t see any files http://prntscr.com/ht8w6p.

    We’ checked our test site that use latest version of theme and all works fine. But with your site you may see – http://prntscr.com/ht8ubo, so, likely, the problem caused by robots.txt file.

    Please check if your system meets theme requirements:
    – file_get_contents() function should be enabled in the server configuration;
    – PHP version: 5.3 or higher;
    – max_execution_time: no less than 180;
    – memory_limit: no less than 96M;

    Thanks for the topic.

    Please make sure that you also updated all plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins). To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ ).
    Delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ and upload this folder from latest theme archive, to avoid problems with old files.

    If your problems won’t be solved, please provide me temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    You use old theme version but latest version of woocommerce plugin.
    Please follow our documentation and update theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and update all plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process.
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard. We have added few options for the cart/search/wishlist, so after update you will need to choose the position of these elements in Theme Options. Likely, after the update, you need to re-add widgets (Appearance > Widgets).

    Also, I see that on this site you use 3.1 version that is not latest. Did you try to update theme on this site? Do you get the same http://prntscr.com/hsx9yh error when tried to activate theme?

    Next problem apears. After this “update” on chrome the site auto scrolls down to the footer after the site is loaded new.

    – I checked your site and do not see the problem. What version of browser do you use?

    Fixed.
    Fix for this will be added in next theme update, because of seems it was our bug. For now, I’ve enabled search in header (Thame Options > General > Header Settings > http://prntscr.com/hsveja) and added custom code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css to hide the search. After the update you will be able to disable the search via Theme Options and remove this custom code http://prntscr.com/hsvdm7.
