    Hello,

Please, provide us with temporary admin panel access. Did you test your site with official WC theme Storefront and everything works fine?

    Regards

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
Please tell me if you have any server cache or maybe CDN?
Has another theme been installed on your site before xstore, if yes, what theme?
Did you install xstore 4.15 or theme was updated to this version?

    Regards

We don’t have any CDN. We have used Avada theme. I think I have updated the Xstore theme

    Fixed.
Fix for this will be added in next theme update, because of seems it was our bug. For now, I’ve enabled search in header (Thame Options > General > Header Settings > http://prntscr.com/hsveja) and added custom code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css to hide the search. After the update you will be able to disable the search via Theme Options and remove this custom code http://prntscr.com/hsvdm7.
    Thank you for the notice.
    Have a nice day.

    Regards
