Multiple Issues with update - by reeree786

Hi,

I was wondering if someone would please help me. Something has happened to my website and multiple things have gone missing or have messed up.

– Prices are not showing up underneath the product squares.
– When you hover over the product square it used to switch to a hover image, it no longer does this on the shop page.
– The cart and search bar at the top right are missing.
– On the single product page all the images are displaying in a row downwards, whereas it should be displaying one by one and changed with the across arrow.
– On the Product page the additional information is missing.

I used to be able to edit the font colour and style of the product page there is no longer an option for this. When you clicked appearance-customise there were many more options. This has now changed and no styling customisations can be made.

I would be so grateful to anyone who can help me restore my website back to how it was.

Hello,

Thanks for the topic.

Please make sure that you also updated all plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins). To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ ).
Delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ and upload this folder from latest theme archive, to avoid problems with old files.

If your problems won’t be solved, please provide me temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
