It is a bad practice to edit php files via admin panel > Appearance > Editor.
Also if you want to make changes in files you need to use child theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/.

Try to re-upload files that was changed via FTP, or activate default theme for your site > rename xstore theme folder (vis FTP) and upload latest version of xstore theme > try to activate uploaded theme.

If you use latest version of WC plugin you need to use latest version of theme (3.4 version of legenda theme is fully compatible with WC 3.2.6).
Update WC part separately requests additional customization in files and we can’t help you with this (additional customization questions are outside the scope of our support – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy).
In your case, it would be better to create a child theme and transfer changes into child theme, to prevent losing it after theme update.

You use latest theme version but old version of Core plugin. Please go to Appearance > Install plugins > update 8theme Core plugin to 1.0.19 version.
Do not forget to clear cache before checking if problem solved.
