    Hi!

Our site is not working properly, we have multiple errors and I can’t figger out why and where it goes wrong. Can someone please help?

we have multiple errors: [DOM] Found 2 elements with non-unique id (searchform on every page and some more double id’s on checkout page).

And the checkoutproces and add to cart is not functioning, double (or more on refresh!) proceed buttons in checkout page, when adding a item to cart, cart is empthy sometimes after clicking to cart button in header.

Also this error: POST …/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 400 (Bad Request)

Also SSL is not working on home because: “This page includes a password or credit card input in a non-secure context. A warning has been added to the URL bar”?

    Please help!!

Please provide FTP access in Private Content.
    Also, for this problem

Also SSL is not working on home because: “This page includes a password or credit card input in a non-secure context. A warning has been added to the URL bar”?

    – give me more information about the problem, for example, do you face this only with our theme activated or even with a default theme.

Please see screenshot http://prntscr.com/hyi1b2 Maybe, it is needed to provide the IP of our support team member to your hosting provider to add it into the white list.

Weird! There is no white list and if that would be the issue, you would get an error of refused connection.

The host told me to change hostingaddresss in domain. Maybe that works?

    for this information.

    Hello,

We still have the problem with connection to ftp, but some problems were solved via your admin panel.

The SSL problem was caused by image, we have re-uploaded it, so the problem should be resolved. Please check.

About “admin-ajax” problem, we’ve sent etheme.min.js and etheme.js files to your registration email. You need to re-upload these files in classico/js folder.

we have multiple errors: [DOM] Found 2 elements with non-unique id (searchform on every page and some more double id’s on checkout page).

    – this problem will be fixed in next theme update, it is not a critical error so you may simply ignore it until the theme will be updated.

And the checkoutproces and add to cart is not functioning, double (or more on refresh!) proceed buttons in checkout page, when adding a item to cart, cart is empthy sometimes after clicking to cart button in header.

    – I can’t re-create the problem on cart page. About checkout page looks like this is effect of some additional plugin, so try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check the problem.

    Regards

    Hi Rose,

We still have the problem with connection to ftp, but some problems were solved via your admin panel.

Where are you located? I know there are locations blocked, but the host says then you should receive an “refused connection” error. I don’t know what else could be the problem. I use Cyberduck and I tested your FTP account. It works here.

The SSL problem was caused by image, we have re-uploaded it, so the problem should be resolved. Please check.

Ah thank you, I thought I fixed all images already. But the SSL problems on the woocommerce pages where not solved. I still got the message: “This page includes a password or credit card input in a non-secure context. A warning has been added to the URL bar. For more information, see https://goo.gl/zmWq3m”. But I installed Force HTTPS plugin and now it’s working.

About “admin-ajax” problem, we’ve sent etheme.min.js and etheme.js files to your registration email. You need to re-upload these files in classico/js folder.

I enter my mail below in private area. I did not receive anything and it’s not in my spambox.

we have multiple errors: [DOM] Found 2 elements with non-unique id (searchform on every page and some more double id’s on checkout page).
    – this problem will be fixed in next theme update, it is not a critical error so you may simply ignore it until the theme will be updated.

Ok, I didn’t know if this errors caused one of the other problems.

    – I can’t re-create the problem on cart page.

I think I solved it by installing Force HTTPS plugin.

About checkout page looks like this is effect of some additional plugin, so try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check the problem.

I turned off all plugins except the woocommerce plugin. The problem is still there.
