we have wrong behavior on cart of our website .

Hello,

Thanks for the topic and video.
Please check if you have this problem:
1) – with parent theme activated on your site;
2) – with default WC theme – Storefront;
3) – try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check the issue.

i try all three suggested things
1) – with parent theme activated on your site;
same result
2) – with default WC theme – Storefront;
everythigs works perfectly
3) – try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check the issue.

maybe i don’t understand, have you made something on code ? because the problem still remain the same, have you view the video on youtube for repeat same steps ? i’ll explain
1) go on homepage
2) go on single product detail page
3) add to cart a product
4) return on home page and you can view the cart with total 0 but a product inside the cart.
5) another problem is if you try to add other product on the cart by detail page in the home page there isn’t product added to cart , but i think is the result of the same problem described above.

I did nothing in code. It is strange because of when I checked your site earlier it looked like all works fine. I see problems on your site now, but we do not have these issues on our test theme installation. Could you please also provide FTP access in Private Content?

Hello,

You made changes in woo.php file of child theme, we have also a bit changed code of this file to make it works fine with current woocommerce version. Please clear cache and check your site now, all should work fine.

thank you, the problem on the home page is fixed……but there is another problem on adding another product in the cart
here you are an explanation video :

the steps are :
1) adding a product in the cart by detail product page
2) return in home page
3) adding another product in cart , the product seems d added to cart but after a bit the cart is only with one product . You can see in attached video on youtube .

the problem still remain the same described above in the video :
the steps are :
1) adding a product in the cart by detail product page
2) return in home page
3) adding another product in cart , the product seems to added to cart with right total but after a bit the cart is only with one product with total of one product . You can see in attached video on youtube
4) if you try to add same product another time without change page the product is added to cart with right total

definitely with one product everythigs work well if you try to add another product in the cart the problem appears

hello

i try on windows machine with firefox before i try i make this operation :
1) cancel all cache data
2) starting anonymous session

if you try to add second product in the cart, for a bit you can see product in the cart but after five second disappear from the cart !

Hello,

The problem was caused by slow loading of pages. We’ve installed a3 Lazy Load and W3 Total Cache plugins.
Looks like the problem solved, please check.

ok perfect now seems to work well ! thank you
there is only one problem that i notice now , when i try to add 4 and more different product to the cart , in the top cart i can see only three product , is it normal behavior ? i send you an example image, where you can see the difference between cart in the top right and page cart

Yes, it is normal behavior. There is a limit to show 3 products in cart popup.
