In 4.16 theme version Menu options were moved into popup https://prnt.sc/idhhcf so to be able to see all menu settings, you need to click on “8Theme Page Options”.

1. This is not possible by default. Please describe the desired result in details, for example, do you want to get this in sidebar or on some particular page, and we will try to suggest you some workaround.
2. Is this solved http://prntscr.com/idk1b2 ? if not, please provide me link to page where you want to remove the text.
3. Please delete this code from Theme Options > Styling > Custom css https://prnt.sc/idk3cx then you will be able to change color of buttons via Theme Options > Styling -> Content > Customize buttons.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the inconvenience that you faced. Because of I had asked you to check the problem with the default theme, I misunderstand your reply about that WC case the problem. In case, if the problem persists even with default WC theme – Storefront, the problem relates to WC plugin. But if the problem occurs only with our theme activated on your site, you correctly found reason of it – http://prntscr.com/idiw2t
Please note that before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.
