What version of WooCommerce plugin do you use?
2. Please provide screenshot of the problem for better understanding.
3. Please check how this works with a default theme activated on your site.
4. Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content?
Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://prnt.sc/igr8j1

To avoid editing of php files I would recommend using translation files, create English translation for woocommerce plugin and just change the necessary string to what you need.

The Caramel version was added in 4.18 theme version. You need to update theme to latest version https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ + https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

If you have a lot of menu items and can’t save changes then you need to increase PHP Max Input Vars. By default it is 1000, try to set 5000 or 8000 for example http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit
