How do I import the Caramel demo store as that is not listed in the import options?

Hello,

The Caramel version was added in 4.18 theme version. You need to update theme to latest version https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update + https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
