Installing Xstore - by twein - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,
    I purchased your Xstore theme and would like to install it with a child theme.
    I was unsuccessful for a few reasons:
    1. The support team referred me to your tutorials but unfortunately they made it worse then better.
    2. At the moment my site fits all the requirements but I don’t have a child theme anymore. ( I don’t know what I didn’t to make it disappear).
    I agree that you have many options on your theme which is what I liked about it but it’s not user friendly.
    I have been trying almost 3 days to install it with the web links but I was unsuccessful.
    Please I would love to use your theme but I don’t seem to understand how to install it.
    My WP login info is:
    user name: twein
    password: t123w456ein
    Please inform me if you can assist me,and when I can reset my password.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the topic.
    You can download the child theme here – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and upload it in Appearance > Themes then activate the xstore-child on site.
