1. Add available search settings you can find in Theme Options > Header > Search.
If you want to include more params for searching then we would recommend to use third-party search plugins for advanced search.
2. Your product images have different sizes. Try to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading it to your media gallery, then your grid will look much better.
Also, after changes in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply changes. You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

All depends on your settings for the product http://prntscr.com/l6l10a Functionality of variable products comes from WooCommerce. If you select default variation, then you will get on variable product add to cart button and the first image of variation. If you want to change this, contact WC support. Such default functionality can be changed via additional customization only (additional customization is not included in our basic support, unfortunately).

to change Breadcrumbs background go to Theme Options > Breadcrumbs.
2. You can change Product content effect in Theme Options > Shop > Products style.
3. Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem.
