Revolution Slider missing for Home Banner layout

Hi there,

I have installed and configured XStore theme to my website. I am not able to find Revolution Slider for the Home Banners layout out. Revolution slider is not available for import in downloaded folder from theme forest. I am really frustrated. Header is completed distorted. Kindly help

Please download XStore import files https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/l579fj Go to Slider revolution and import slider.

Hi there, thanks for the quick response.

I have downloaded the files but it looks you latest layout “Home Banners” slider “slider-banner” is not in the sliders list. Can you please confirm this ?

Hello,

It is strange that you can’t find the slider. Please provide temporary wp-admin access I will import the required slider on your site.
Also, go to Theme Options > Header > Header layout > select Variant center 3, disable Header over the content in Theme Options > Header > Header styles and select Header text color > “Dark” there.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

Hi there,

I am getting unusual error, menu item displays the category description too. It is still appearing, even I have removed the description from the Category. I am using menu of my previous layout. I have even create new menu but it is still there. Kindly help.

Why I am receiving this msg

One standard license is valid only for 1 website. Running multiple websites on a single license is a copyright violation. When moving a site from one domain to another please deactivate theme first.

When I change something from Theme Option, changes do not reflect. For example header style etc. Please help.

Hello,

Have you changed credentials? I can’t log in.
1) Please provide screenshot of the problem with the menu and correct wp-admin access.
2) Have you activated theme using purchase code in Theme Options? Please note that may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only. Read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Please provide your purchase code in the Private Content area so we can check if all fine with activations.
About changes in Theme Options, do not forget to clear cache.
