Hello

Since 2 weeks ago I have had many problems with the theme of xstore, fix all the access problems I had to update the core, I change the core to the previous one. Since today I have had a lot of problems when I want to add products to the cart, you only see that loading and you can not go to the checkout. Can you please help me with this problem?

Dear @Randley,

1) Please ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials.
2) Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem.
