    Having an issue with Tabs in product detail. DESCRIPTION ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REVIEWS (0) RETURNS & DELIVERY. You need to ask the support to have a look on your site and resolve the tabs triggering issue cause by the update of the theme. Recently upgraded my theme because of an issue with Stripe. Now seem to have an issue with Some not all tabs DESCRIPTION ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REVIEWS (0) RETURNS & DELIVERY. Can you have a look.

    Links not working on tabs.

    When I go to access the product details Additional Information, Reviews, and Return & Delivery some links work and other do not go to the tabs associated with the link.

    Its not on all pages, Some work some don’t.

    Hello,

    You use old theme version, so there are outdated files (WooCommerce > Status).
    I would recommend you to update theme. If your site is live, it would be better to do the update on staging / dev site (a full copy of the existing site). You can try Duplicator plugin to make a copy.
    This documentation will help you with theme updating – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files (it will be reuploaded from a new theme package).
    Do not forget to update all the required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    If you edited php files of theme, transfer changes into a child theme.
    If you want to update everything on the production site without the staging site then do the backup of all the files and DB before the update. Then you’ll be able to restore backup if you face any critical error.
    Also, compare content of products to find out why only some of the products have the problem with tabs.

    Hello Again, Tried your updates issue still exist. We are having issue with the single product page tabs there are working on few products . As per the recommended solution i’ve update the theme but the problem is still there. It is random. some work some don’t the tabs just don’t link.
