Did you make changes in template files? Please check if this works in the same way with parent theme.

Try to disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options > Single product page.
Unfortunately, we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme and some of them may be incompatible. Our template is fully compatible only with the plugins that are included in our theme. It’s impossible for theme author to make the theme compatible with all existing extensions.
You need to customize the extension to make it work properly with the theme. Unfortunately, basic support scope doesn’t include features for additional customization.

As a temporary solution, please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css > Global custom css:
