I am trying to translate the text of MY ACCOUNT /// Theme “Xstore”

I have the translated theme, but I can not find a way to correctly translate that text.
I look forward to your help.

If you face problems with translation, you need to be sure that your translation files are synchronized. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with pot file.
If you need further assistance, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

But noy I can´t translate the access “MY ACCOUNT” (in header) for “MI CUENTA”, I have synchronized the pluggin but still, it does not translate.

Hello,

Please ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password).

You’re welcome!
I fixed the problem by regeneration of .pot file via Poedit , so you can translate all theme strings via Loco Translate – https://prnt.sc/lruvvy
