Please update XStore Core plugin via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ or you can simply delete the plugin via dashboard then go to XStore > Install plugins > install the latest version of Core plugin.
To remove this warning http://prntscr.com/m0h6be please go to Theme Options and change any option (for example site width to 1180px), save options and then you can change the option back.

As I can see this space was added for good looking if the fixed header is enabled. I’ve sent the request to our developers to remove the space if the fixed header is disabled. As a temporary solution, you can to activate Fixed header on site in Theme Options > Header > Fixed header > Fixed header type > Fixed.
I hope the improvement in this functionality will be added in one of next theme updates.

To be able to edit pages using WPBakery page builder https://prnt.sc/ltwb5l or http://prntscr.com/lz8vl1 you need to update the plugin to the latest version – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ To update the plugin, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ .

There are no additional settings for Cross-sells products in Theme Options.
Please update the theme to the latest version (5.1.3, Dashboard > Updates and press Force Check button. The new version should appear at the list of available themes).
If the required products don’t appear on cart page after the update, provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
Also, please check if you have the same problem with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check).
