Please update the theme to the latest version (4.5.3). If you made changes in template files, transfer them into child theme https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
If this doesn’t help, try to disable 3rd party plugins and check if one of the plugins causes the problem.
Also, activate on site a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen and check if the problem persists only when WooPress theme is activated or with default WP theme too.
