Thanks for using our theme.
There are no additional settings for Cross-sells products in Theme Options.
Please update the theme to the latest version (5.1.3, Dashboard > Updates and press Force Check button. The new version should appear at the list of available themes).
If the required products don’t appear on cart page after the update, provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
Also, please check if you have the same problem with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check).

This option doesn’t work for Display Type – Slider, but works for Grid. I’ve sent the request for our developers. They will check if the counter can be shown in the slider of products. Unfortunately, we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with our theme and some of them may be incompatible. Our template is fully compatible only with the plugins that are included in our theme. It’s impossible for theme author to make the theme compatible with all existing extensions.
You need to customize the extension to make it work properly with the theme. Unfortunately, basic support scope doesn’t include features for additional customization.

You need to clear all cache (server, plugin, browser) to solve these problems. Also, go to Theme Options and change any option (for example site width to 1180px), save options and then you can change the option back.
