Jquery error on Product Page - by G€n!u$

Hello,

I am working with your theme for over 4 years now and I still love it. Thank you for your work.

But now I have an issue on the product page where the image and tab content is not displayed/showing.

In console I see this message:

(index):1171 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘reinit’ of undefined
at HTMLDocument. ((index):1171)
at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)

Any help on this?

I can give more information but I do not want to overkill the info.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Please try to disable 3rd party plugins, clear cache and check. If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello goodday to you,

Problem is related to other posts of users such as:
https://www.8theme.com/topic/single-product-error-photo-tabs/
https://www.8theme.com/topic/no-product-image-on-single-product-page/

We tested by disabling 3rd party plugins and cleared cache. No result. Please find wp-admin access in private content area. Hope this access is enough. If you definitely need FTP access, we need your IP ti whitelist access.
