Hello,
Default demo language links don’t work, it’s just an option to show that you can create multilingual site. To remove this default content from the Top bar, add an empty text widget in Appearance > Widgets > Place in header top bar.
If you plan to create the multilanguage site you may use WPML plugin https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/

If you face the message about outdated files, likely it is because of changes in the child theme (Woocommerce > Status > and check if outdated files relate to your child theme). In this case, you need to compare 2 files and add the missing code to your child theme file.

Header banner position you can change in Theme Options > Header > Header > Layout.

2) Go to Theme Options > Typography > Menu > Menu 1 level (hover, active) > set color.

Make sure you placed translation files into the /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-de_DE.po, xstore-de_DE.mo).
If you face problems with translation, you need to be sure that your translation files are synchronized. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with pot file.
If synchronization doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
