Do you mean that products, on the page of a category, do not have a short description – http://prntscr.com/nnhykj under the title? If so, was that achieved by additional customization in files? By default, the text of description doesn’t show on products grid. You need to open the quick view window or single product page to see the description. We are not responsible for additional customization in files.
If you mean something else, please give me more details about how it was before the update and what exactly of our theme functionality doesn’t work.

The main image on the single product page is the biggest, compare to thumbnails from the gallery has, so it loads a bit longer. Speed up of the site will reduce the delay, so I would recommend you follow these recommendations https://www.8theme.com/topic/website-running-extreamly-slowly/ and fix the situation with the favicon (request to undefined image takes time).
If you mean something else, please describe the problem in more details.

1. Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.
Before 3.3 version WooCommerce had options for every type of image – single product, catalog and gallery image. In version 3.3 WC developers changed options and moved them to the Customizer. In version 3.3.3 they removed image settings at all even from customizer. We keep the previous version of their settings http://prntscr.com/ik093w But 8theme product widgets and gallery images use WP thumbnails size (Settings > Media) because WC customizer does not have the individual settings for this because of 3.3 update.
You need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply changes for images. Use Regenerate Thumbnails or Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
2. You can download the entire theme package with all additional files from ThemeForest.
Open Royal_Multi-Purpose_Wordpress_Theme > Import_files > Essential-grid-import.
