Importing products through the mass importer

    I am adding products through a .csv file with a mass importer. It is picking up all my categories, variables, descriptions, etc. but the image url which are there in the media library do not seem to be showing the product images.

    I am doing the mapping on the import step as well. can you check please?

    Hello,

    How does it work with the default WC theme – Storefront?
    Please provide screenshots for better understanding the problem.
    Use such screenshot maker as Lightshot https://prnt.sc/

    I’ve attached screenshots of the importer mapping step, and the csv file with the URLs as well as a URL that shows its in the media library. the last link you can obviously see the images are not showing up

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with Storefront theme.
    As a rule, the theme doesn’t affect the result of the import.
    We are theme support, so we are able to help with issues related strictly to our theme only.
