    We need access not just to your Dashboard but to your files, so provide FTP access also. Contact your hosting provider to get FTP host, user, password, and port.

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your site via different browsers – http://prntscr.com/oehqrc http://prntscr.com/oehqtf Is it correct? If you see other colors there, it is the cache problem.
    Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
    As I can see, the default demo version is installed on your site.
    Do you want to import another demo version?
    We excluded real images from demo content and replaced them by placeholders because many of our clients had the problems with demo content import because of the large size of import file and server settings.
    We provide import of products examples with placeholders, so you need to upload own products and images. Please read WC documentation – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/
    The menu from the demo can’t be imported because WP does not support custom menu options, you need to create own menu, go to Appearance > Menus.

    I’ve edited your Home page, please check now.
    Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Don’t keep enabled plugins that you don’t use, for example, Master Slider Pro and Essential Grid are not required and can be disabled. Every additional plugin calls additional styles and scripts and slows down the site.

    Hello,

    You need to submit a refund request for the Slider revolution on the codecanyon and describe your situation there.
    We are not developers of the plugin, themes developers only, so we can’t help you with the refund for the plugin.

    Hello,

    1. Please see screenshots – http://prntscr.com/oefms7 > http://prntscr.com/oefmtu
    Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global custom CSS to change the font styling of the product name and prices:

    .content-product .product-title {
        font-size: 18px;
        font-weight: 600;
    }
    .content-product .price {
        font-size: 18px;
    }

    http://prntscr.com/oefnny
    2. In this case, you need to set the current color of menu items – #222222
    3. You did all correctly. To remove the category from here – http://prntscr.com/oefokj , move “Product categories” to Disable column here – https://prnt.sc/oefoui
    Disable sidebar here – http://prntscr.com/oefp6s
    Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello,

    Please create separate topics for different questions.

    1) General site speed depends on many factors. Below you’ll find the main of them:
    – Plugins. When you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, please, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugin that you don’t use. The more plugins you use, the slower it will be.
    – Caching. The most important part of optimizing your site is caching. Combine cached page with gzip compression to get better results. We recommend using W3 Total Cache. Read the beginners guide to setting up W3 Total Cache plugin https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/w3-total-cache-settings/
    Also, a very good plugin is WP Rocket, but it’s paid.
    – Images. Use optimized images only otherwise you will have big images and slow loading time. Do not upload larger images than what is needed. When you use image editing tool like Photoshop don’t save images without using the option “Save For Web”.
    There are different ways on how to compress images. Use special services or WordPress plugins to optimize your images for decreased loading times: https://tinypng.com/ , Compressor.io, Kraken.io, EWWW Image Optimizer, Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin.
    – Server/Hosting. Sometimes slow speed can be a result of your hosting service. If you have checked the above items and the site is still slow, the most likely it is a server/hosting issue. Contact your host and discuss it with them. Because even with the default WP theme site speed could be slow.

    Check your site via GTMetrix service https://gtmetrix.com/ and follow the recommendations to speed up the site.
    In case you need professional help with site optimization you may contact WPKraken team https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme because unfortunately, that is outside the scope of our support.

    2) Please describe the problem in more details, provide screenshots and URLs.
    You can use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots.

    “Combine images using CSS sprites” – mentioned images can’t be combined http://prntscr.com/oe3vqk but you can optimize them http://prntscr.com/oe3vx9
    “Serve scaled images” – as Olga mentioned above you need to change size of these 2 images and optimize them before uploading on the site.

    Hello,

    1. You can set desired settings of Font Size and Line Height via XStore > Theme Options > Typography > Content > Body Font.
    If you want to change font-size and line-height for the short description only, add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global custom CSS:

    .single-product .product-information .short-description p,
    .single-product .product-information .short-description li {
        font-size: 15px;
        line-height: 1.5;
    }

    2. You can activate “Sold individually” – http://prntscr.com/oe2yz6
    3. WooComemrce > Setings > Products > Inventory https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#inventory-options
    http://prntscr.com/oe30y2
    4. If you want to keep just wishlist icon on the single product page then go to Wishlist plugin settings and remove text for the wishlist button http://prntscr.com/nebia2
    5. Add this code in functions.php file of your child theme:

    remove_action('woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_template_single_price', 10);
    add_action('woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_template_single_price', 30);

    6. Theme Options > Single product page > Tabs Settings > Custom Tab.
    Custom tab content on a separate product page > [8theme] Product Options.
    If you want to add more tabs, use the code from this article in fucntions.php of your child theme – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
    7. Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    .single-product .product-share {
        justify-content: flex-end;
    }

    It is an old screenshot, we will change it in our docs.

    If a product is variable it has On Sale label http://prntscr.com/oe0rbv If a product is simple it has percentage discount. We did not add percentage discount for the variable products because it requires a lot of requests to DB (price for every variation you have and calculation of the best one) and slows down the site speed.

    Hello,

    As I can see, you activated “Use tooltip instead of link” here – https://prnt.sc/odyas5 , so you need to add Tooltip title and Tooltip content. Here are screenshots from our demo – http://prntscr.com/odybjr http://prntscr.com/odybtl
    Deactivating of “Use tooltip instead of link” or adding the title should help to prevent the notice from appearing in the log. Also, I will send this notice to our developers, hope it will be fixed in the next update of the theme.

    You provide the same screenshot 2 times https://prnt.sc/odxx1k As I can see here – https://yadi.sk/i/6E5yVIxeLybUGA , your categories are empty http://prntscr.com/odxx8v You need to add products to these categories https://prnt.sc/odxxp3 Then categories will be shown in the search (header).

    About the default “uncategorized” http://prntscr.com/odxyfy category, set another category as the default category http://prntscr.com/odhap6 then delete the uncategorized one http://prntscr.com/odhau4 Also, you can set “Hide empty categories” in settings of Product categories widget http://prntscr.com/mo0v82 (Appearance > Widgets > Sho sidebar).
