    Hello,

I am having trouble translating the site, i folowed the indications you provided here:
    1) Download translation files https://prnt.sc/nraw0l
    2) Extract the archive and find ru_RU folder. Copy po, mo files from that folder to wp-content/languages/themes/ folder
    3) Install Loco Translate plugin.
    4) Go to Loco Translate > Themes > XStore > edit your translation and press Sync button first. Save changes. Check the frontend.
    5) Continue translation if some strings are still missing.

I downloaded the files for Portuguese_PT language, the po and mo and placed in the correct folder.

Loco plugins recognizes them but does not finishes traslating, i dont know what is wrong, can you please check?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

https://prnt.sc/odkgnk – it is not the mentioned directory, you need to move xstore-pt_BR.po and xstore-pt_BR.mo files to wp-content/languages/themes folder.
Then click on Sync btn – http://prntscr.com/odki6u and translate untranslated strings manually.

    Regards

In this case, you may lose translation after the theme update. Translation files should be added here – https://prnt.sc/odl95s
Provide us with temporary FTP access if you need assistance with this.

    Hello,

To translate site to another language you need to choose the language in Settings > General > Site language. After that create wp-content/languages/themes folder if it does not exist and place translation files there and continue translation using Loco translate plugin. The file name should have theme name+your language localization, for example, xstore-es_ES.po and xstore-es_ES.mo files.
In case you don’t have pre-ready translation files use Loco translate plugin also to generate them https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation

Let me know if you still have problems with translation.

    Regards

    Hello,

You have set Português language (pt_PT) on the site, but translation files are for Português do Brasil (pt_BR).
We do not have pre-created pt_PT translation files, right now, so you need to create a new translation for this language https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
