Are you talking about social icons in the footer or about payment image?
Please describe in more details what exactly don’t work as expected.

It depends on the image you added there.
The current image has a white background and jpg format https://bra-plus.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/payments.jpg
You need to upload the image with transparent background in .png format, or image with background-color same as the site background.
