Hi admin, i have problem, this is string do not translate

Hello,

If you face problems with translation, you need to be sure that your translation files are synchronized. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with pot file. Then you will be able to translate untranslated strings.
If this doesn’t help, provide us http://prntscr.com/odg13q with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Please go to Theme Options > Shop > Empty cart content > Text for empty cart.

Note that translation files should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with names xstore-ru_RU.po.po and xstore-ru_RU.po.mo, all other files of the theme translation, you need to delete.

I did as you wrote does not work, why not translated, I have been sitting for 3 days to translate the string, I entered along the path wp-content \ themes \ xstore \ woocommerce \ cart ( and file translate one)

Please change “Text for empty cart” via Theme Options > Shop > Empty cart content > http://prntscr.com/odiwch

Likely because you have content here – https://prnt.sc/odiwch
I would not recommend making changes in the parent theme files because you’ll lose them after theme update.

Dear,

If you delete content from Theme Options > Shop > Empty cart content > http://prntscr.com/odiwch you will see the text from the file. But your changes in the file will disappear after the next update of the theme because they were done in file of the parent theme.
Please use Theme Options to change the text of the empty cart – http://prntscr.com/odj9sx
