We don’t give guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins.

The Lazy Loading for images of products in carousels is enabled by default and there is no option to disable it.

Hello,
It could be 2 reasons for the problem:
1) Conflict with some third-party plugin that you also installed that change the link to the plugins installation page.
2) Your user has limited permissions.
If it does not help provide temporary FTP access.
Also, you can download required plugins from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and install them manually.

Edit the functions.php via FTP.

2) There is no such popup, check our demos.
You can disable “AJAX add to cart for simple products” in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout.
