Recently transferred site from elsewhere, loaded your XStore Theme and found that the images of the posts will not show.

Also on Shop All added category ID’s to show on this page, but wont show in order.

Would you have any idea why this would be happening.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

It’s difficult to find the reason of the problem just by description. Provide us with link to your site, temporary Dashabord and FTP access and we’ll check.

    Regards

    Hello,

Your posts do not have Featured Images – http://prntscr.com/p2j170 but they can’t disappear just after activated our theme. Once we upload a featured image it shows correctly.
Maybe your data was not fully transferred. What theme did you use before? Did you have images after the transferring, with a default theme activated on the site?

    Regards

    Hi Olga,
Thank you for your reply. The previous website was setup with a theme called Lithium_X. I actually thought the images came across. I opened up one of the posts, and can see now that I can add a feature image. Terrific 🙂 Thank you for whatever you did, Best wishes, Sharon.

    Hi Olga,

I have an issue today after updating to 6.1 and Xstore core. For some reason on the homepage of the XStore site the images are not changing correctly with different screen sizes. All was working well until today. I have been told it might something to do with Dynamic CSS. is there something that can be done about this. I haved the FlowerPot theme from XStore

Have you cleared all cache? On which page do you have the problem? Please describe what exactly is incorrect, in more details. Thanks in advance.

My client is unhappy with how the home page is looking on a 27″ screen and saying some of the images are cutting off and not showing correctly.

    Hello,

If you use images like row/column/slider background with background-size: cover your images will be cropped depending on the width/height of the row/column/slider to cover whole the area of the element. We can do nothing with this. If you display images using default image element or other background-size like contain, for example then you will get a white gap, for example http://prntscr.com/pmskzb
So, if you want to get layout with covered columns images will be cropped, unfortunately.

    Regards
