Do you use any third-party plugins? Did you try to disable them?
Open chrome inspector and check what errors do you have in the console.

There is no problem when I visit page after login – http://prntscr.com/s4lt4v The problem can be caused by additional plugins + cache on your site, so temporary disable all additional plugins > clear cache and check. Enable plugins one by one to find out which one is the reason for the problem.

2) It is the predefined behavior of this element, there is no option to change it, by default.

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop elements > Sale & Out of Stock >
Enable “Out Of Stock” Label > Off.
