There is no such option. Actually, it’s bad for SEO to remove titles for images. You may check this solution to hide titles instead of removing them http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3885920/jquery-hide-title-attribute-but-not-remove-it

Do you mean “View all products” in the sidebar of Single product page? Do you want to disable the sidebar at all? Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce ( Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout.

Shop is an archive page for products and can’t be edited using any editor, because it shows all products by default.
If you want to change settings of the Shop page content, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop).
