Main menu header appearence different than Demo theme

Hello,

I’m doing a website (carbonplus.es) and I have some problem with the main menu header.

My main header look like this one (in white background)

Your Xstore demo looks like this one (integrated like the slider)

Unafortunately I can’t find any option to change it like the demo page.
Can you explain me how can I do it?

Hello,

Header overlap is activated on our demo (Theme Options > Header builder > header overlap http://prntscr.com/s34g3c http://prntscr.com/s34ge7) + transparent bg for the header http://prntscr.com/s34go5
Also, we are using Multiple headers to apply headers with different settings for different pages – http://prntscr.com/s34hbv Please watch this video – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc

Hello Rose,

Your information was really successfull! Now I have a problem, because the header is overlaped in all my pages instead off just on the frontpage.

Can I configure diferent headers per diferent pages?
I’ll wait for your answer.

Hello,

Yes, you can. Create the desired header that will be visible on all pages, then go to Multiple headers > click on Add new and type header title then select “Where do you want to display your header?” – http://prntscr.com/s4flko > edit settings of this header like overlap enabling and click on “Save” http://prntscr.com/s4fm32 > check the result on the frontend.

Hello Rose,

I think there are some problem with the header builder so, when I’m activating the overlaping option for header, the blank space is bigger! :S I’m frustated… I tryed everything you say and I check with all video demostrations and anything looks like working.

I just want to see the overlaped menu on frontpage and normal menu without overlaping in the rest of the page. How can I do it?

Go to Edit your Home page > [8theme] Layout options > Breadcrumbs Style > Disable
> http://prntscr.com/s639ul
If you can’t find the mentioned settings, provide temporary wp-admin access.

I’m trying as you suggested in your last comunication but now some pages are working ok or not depending on the OS.

My case:
Windows:
Homepage OK
Espinilleras (Home store): KO
Single products: OK
Blogs / pages / forms: OK

MacOs:
Homepage OK
Espinilleras (Home store): OK
Single products: KO
Blogs / pages / forms: OK

In the private area of this topic I’m giving you an admin user / pasword of the page to have a look.

Also, I don’t see the mentioned issues on your site anymore because you disabled breadcrumbs for all the pages. But we suggested you disable breadcrumbs for the home page only. Anyway, maybe you decided to disable breadcrumbs for all the pages on your site, then it’s ok.

Sorry for my late answer, I don’t know for what reason I don’t receive any notification about this… anyway… I dont’ know how to disable the breadcrumbs just in the frontpage and maintain it in all pages of the site.

Yes is it true, now I see the pages working fine.
I created a new user for you in order to check the breadcrumbs, I’m adding you the details of the user in the private part.
