    Hello,

    You are using a new version of WordPress, but an old version of the theme. Update XStore – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ , clear cache and then you will be able to register it.

    I the Private Content area I can see wp-admin access, but not FTP access.
    We need FTP host, FTP login, FTP pass, FTP port to be able to connect via FileZilla

    As I can see, you have updated the theme. What about Core plugin? Have you installed it via FTP?
    Please provide temporary wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    What demo version you can’t install?

    Please update the theme to the latest version – 7.0.2 ( https://prnt.sc/uus20f )- https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
    Once you get the latest version of the theme and Core plugin, the import should go fine.
    If you need our assistance with the demo content installation, provide temporary wp-admin access. Also, let us know what demo version do you prefer.

    Popup login form does not support autocomplete and it’s off but Chrome that has a glitch with the autocomplete off and just ignores it.

    According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project!)

    Hello,

    As I can see, you have set margin for rows, even when content is hidden, margins give some empty space still. Go to Theme Options > Styling > WPBakery Responsive CSS Box-Module > On. Then go to Edit page > settings of rows > Design options > select mobile view and set margin-bottom – 0px.

    But you can create a static block that contains image with the desired link and show it in the header via HTML block.
